Terms of Service

Our role. Rocket City Relocation provides relocation and household-transition coordination services. We coordinate schedules, plans, and connections with independent, separately licensed providers.

What we are not. We are not a moving carrier, taxi or limousine company, real-estate broker, healthcare provider, legal service, or insurance provider. Any regulated service is delivered solely by the independent provider engaged for that service, under that provider's own license and terms.

Independent providers. Providers we coordinate are independent businesses. Their work, warranties, and liabilities are their own. We do not guarantee any third-party provider's performance.

Your information. Submitting a form does not create a service engagement. Engagements begin when both parties confirm a coordination plan in writing.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
